Christina Aguilera arrested this morning

Borrowing from the book of Sheen, Christina Aguilera was arrested in L.A. at 2:45 this morning for public intoxication.

After being pulled over, police claim the singer was “extremely intoxicated” and “unable to take care of herself,” while her boyfriend, Matt Rutler, was arrested for driving under the influence.

According to the LA Times, Aguilera is currently in the process of being released on $250 bail, while her beau will be coming to terms with a whopping $30,000. However, a source has revealed to TMZ that had “the driver NOT been arrested for a DUI, [Christina] would never have been in trouble”. Enabler, thy name is Rutler.
