This morning's new music news; Gaslight Anthem's frontman Brian Fallon has revealed his new side project Horrible Crowes, Explosions in the Sky will release their new album in April and Memory Tapes have a new song out called "Today Is Our Life".

Gaslight Anthem frontman Brian Fallon has revealed he’ll be collaborating with Ian Perkins on a new project called the Horrible Crowes. Fallon said he and Perkins are looking to release an album this year while the next Gaslight album probably won’t come out till 2012. [Exclaim!]

Explosions in the Sky will release their new album entitled Take Care, Take Care, Take Care, on April 26 via Temporary Residence Ltd. This will be the band’s fifth album and first since 2007’s All Of A Sudden I Miss Everyone. [CofS]

And Memory Tapes have a new song out called “Today Is Our Life”, which will apparently appear on the band’s upcoming sophomore album. Listen/download it over at Gorilla vs. Bear.
