The Kills will tour North America in April

Over the last few weeks, news has been dropping about everything Kills-related. The duo, consisting of Alison Mosshart and Jamie Hence will be releasing a new album on April 5 called Blood Pressures, their fourth, and have just announced dates for a North American tour kicking off this April in San Diego.

Along with a slew of dates in the US, the band will be making their way North for shows in Montreal, Toronto and Vancouver in support of the new record. They’ll be playing alongside Cold Cave and The Entrance Band. According to their website, Blood Pressures was recorded at Key Club in Michigan where they “watched VHS tapes on Vietnam” and witnessed the studio dogs eating A LOT of dog food.

April 30 – L’Olympia – Montreal

May 1 – Sound Academy – Toronto

May 8 – Commodore Ballroom – Vancouver
