According to Death Set member Johnny Siera, the track “Slap Slap Slap Pound Up Down Snap” from their forthcoming record, Michel Poiccard, is about “the handshake that all our friends do here in Brooklyn. Fun lil handshake. You’ll get the idea when you see the instructional video we’re making.” Directed by Colin Devin Moore, the band’s official video for the single has come out with the trio jamming in the back of a truck and a tiger mask-wearing driver at the helm.

In 2009, founding member Beau Velasco was found dead in his studio in New York City when the band had just starting recording Michel Poiccard, scheduled for release on March 15. Watch the new video and stream “Yo David Chase” feat. Diplo below.
