Imaginary Cities wrap their full-length debut

Canadian music lovers, rejoice: Winnipeg’s Imaginary Cities — who spent the latter half of 2010 playing shows across the country with high-profile acts like Rural Alberta Advantage, The Besnard Lakes, The Dears, and The Weakerthans — have wrapped their their full-length debut, Temporary Resident. The disc is set for release in February of 2011.

But relax – you don’t have to wait another two months before relishing in the band’s final product. The duo have released an acoustic performance of “Where’d All the Living Go” as well as a super-cute intro video that gives the duo a little more presence than just the standard Twitter account. Check out the performance here, and consider investing in several Advent calendars to tide you over until February.
