This past Friday Brooklyn-based band A Place To Bury Strangers, deemed one of the loudest acts you can see these days, experienced a bit of a rough patch in Europe when their tour van was stolen in Rome outside the BlackoutClub.

Although their instruments were inside the club with them, 1000 Euros in merchandise money, the merch itself, their suitcases, clothes, a Macbook Pro, personal items and even bassist Dion Lunadon’s New Zealand Passport & Green Card were all inside the van when it got nicked. It is estimated the items stolen were worth over $15K.

The band has set up paypal link where “Any donation, no matter how small, will be of great help.” Former touring partners Holy Fuck have reached out to their pals by offering up a free download of a remix version of their track “Red Lights” (available to stream below) for anyone who helps out by donating.

A list of all the items stolen can be found on the band’s website. Visit paypal to make a donation and receive the free Holy Fuck track.
