This morning's new music news; Wire have announced they'll be releasing a album called 'Red Barked Tree' early next year, Brian Eno's new track "Emerald and Stone" is streaming online and Flying Lotus has released an animated video for "Kill Your Co-Workers."

Wire will release a new album called Red Barked Tree early next year via their own Pink Flag label. Featuring the band’s core three members and no collaborations, it apparently “rekindles a lyricism sometimes absent from Wire’s previous work and reconnects with the live energy of performance, harnessed and channeled from extensive touring over the past few years.” [Exclaim!]

One of Brian Eno’s tracks entitled “Emerald and Stone” off his forthcoming album has just been released on the net and is available to listen to below. His album, Small Craft On a Milk Sea, comes out next month.

And Flying Lotus has released a new animated video for “Kill Your Co-Workers” off the EP Pattern + Grid World. The “fun is sweet” video was directed by Beeple, aka Mike Winkleman.
