The Festival de Musique Emergente is a big event held in Northern Quebec for up and coming artists and for those on the way to stardom to play music to a new audience. Mel from AUX Weekly talks to The Besnard Lakes, Martha Waintright and many other artists about their experiences with the festival and what it’s like to play to fans that would normally have to travel to bigger cities to hear them.
