This morning's new music news; a new DVD about Brian Wilson and his days writing and recording with the Beach Boys will come out in November, Diplo has remixed Deerhunter's "Helicopter" and watch The Morning Benders' performance on Carson Daly last night.

A new two-disc DVD about Beach Boys singer/songwriter Brain Wilson called Songwriter 1962 – 1969: Exploring Brian’s Music in a Decade of Dreams will be released on November 23. It focuses on the time when Wilson was writing and recording with the Beach Boys in the ’60s and also includes rare and classic live performances, studio footage and archival interviews and photos. Diplo has remixed Deerhunter’s new track “Helicopter” off the band’s recently released fourth studio album Halcyon Digest. Listen/Download to it below. [Mad Decent]
