Download of the Week: Meligrove Band’s “Bones Attack!!”

Toronto’s Meligrove Band released their latest album, Shimmering Lights, last week. The second single giveaway is “Bones Attack!!,” available for you to download here.

“Bones Attack!!” is a mischievous humdinger about loving too much. “If I love you to death, will your bones attack me?” the band sings. Accompanied by a dark but eerily cheery piano rhythm and groovy percussion, the band’s melodies are strong and fun. They finish with sweet strings, the piano still going, repeating “gimmie some love” and it’s pretty hard to ignore that, now isn’t it?
