This morning's new music news; Japanese band Envy will release a new album called 'Recitation' this fall, Metal band Fear Factory's bus caught on fire while on tour in England yesterday morning and several impressive garage rock acts will be featured in the Bruise Cruise Festival that sets sail this February.

Japanese band Envy will release their fifth studio album on October 12 called Recitation. They’ll be touring North America in the fall in support of the new album and will play Sneaky Dee’s in Toronto with Trash Talk and Touch Amore on October 2. [Exclaim!]

Metal band Fear Factory escaped their tour bus yesterday morning after it caught on fire in Northamptonshire, England. “We just finished playing a sold-out show in Sheffield, England and we were on our way to London airport to drop someone off,” guitarist Dino Cazares said. “At about 3:30 a.m. the bus driver noticed smoke coming from the back right wheel. He stopped, jumped out and noticed a flame underneath the wheel well. He tried to extinguish it, but the flames were too much.” After about 20-30 minutes the bus was completely covered in flames, however no one was injured. [Blabbermouth]

And Black Lips, Vivian Girls, Thee Oh Sees, The Strange Boys, Ty Segall and Turbo Fruits among others will be featured in the Bruise Cruise Festival, a three-day rock n roll vacation sailing from Miami to Nassau, Bahamas from February 25 to 28. Watch the promo video below. [Pitchfork]
