This morning's new music news; Elvis Costello will release his new album 'National Ransom' on November 2, Gold Panda will put out his full-length debut 'Lucky Shiner' on October 12 and Swedish band The Concretes will release their latest disc 'WYWH' on November 8.

Elvis Costello has revealed details of his forthcoming album entitled National Ransom. It will be released in North America on November 2 and was recorded this year at Nashville’s Sound Emporium and Los Angeles’ Village Recorders. The LP follows Costello’s 2009 release Secret, Profane & Sugarcane. [NME]

Gold Panda will release his full-length debut album Lucky Shiner on October 12. It will be released on CD, vinyl and as a digital download, which will come with two bonus tracks. Lucky Shiner’s first single “Snow & Taxis” is currently available for download. Listen to it below. [Exclaim!]

And Swedish band The Concretes will put out a new “disco album” called WYWH on November 8. The first track off the album “Good Evening” is currently available to listen to over at Pitchfork. [Pitchfork]
