English band Veronica Falls have been steadily making their way onto various music websites on the strength of a couple of singles released independently, inparticular the song “Fell in Love With a Graveyard,” which was on one of our ‘coveted’ playlists we do every Friday. Their latest split features the track “Beachy Head” that’s out today along with a brand new music video.

Directed by Philippa Bloomfield, the video features the band getting some sun atop a cliff overlooking, you guessed it, a beach. The track itself sounds like a UK version of Dum Dum Girls with obvious influences credited to My Bloody Valentine and other shoegaze bands of past. But the sweet English accent vocals and Velvet Underground “I’m Waiting for the Man” beat makes this something to listen to again and again.
