They are a pop-punk/emo band out of Florida. Over the years they have overcome former band issues, (MP was created by two struggling bands, coming together to make a masterpiece) and internal band conflict. The original album was fronted by a different singer who left, but MP rose up to the challenge and is now better than ever.
Hey guys, Tanisha here. So, I’ve decided to start with the band that I am most stoked to see this year, Mayday Parade.
They are a pop-punk/emo band out of Florida. Over the years they have overcome former band issues, (MP was created by two struggling bands, coming together to make a masterpiece) and internal band conflict. The original album was fronted by a different singer who left, but MP rose up to the challenge and is now better than ever. The dedication and hard work of five friends; Derek, Jeremy, Alex Brook and Jake are the reason that thousands of fans have found a band to love.
Mayday Parade’s recent album ‘Anywhere But Here’ is amazing. There are songs that make you want to laugh, cry, and love. But what they all do is make you want to sing at the top of your lungs. The guys obviously love to be on tour and performing, they have gone from the Fall Ball Tour and Take Action Tour and in a few months they will be headlining Vans Warped Tour. Where I, along with many of you will be screaming along, jumping up and down and loving every moment!
