Montreal's Parlovr are on a ten day tour of China with friends DD/MM/YYYY, Ohbijou Racoons and Ill Scarlett. Check out the first of their tour vlogs exclusively on AUX.
Bam. Arrived in Hong Kong in the middle of the night of the 27th. I can still vividly recall taking a cab to PET at dusk in Montreal on Wednesday morning. Two days in planes. Delayed landing in San Francisco cause Air Force One/Obama had to clear the airspace. Then Tokyo? Then HKG. Good tripe with rice on Air Nippon.
So, we’re on a ten-day tour here in China. Spending a day-off in Hong Kong today, then off to Guangzhou to play our first show tomorrow (w/ Ohbijou, Racoons, Wil and Ill Scarlett).
Louis loves Hong Kong. “This is the future, man”. We got in so late that the city was dead (where we are, at least). You could hear the skyscrapers breathing, air conditioners and generators pumping shit out. Clothes stuck to skin humidity. So many huge buildings.
Gonna go to some Buddhist temples today, eat some food, drink beer and then go see DD/MM/YY at the Cavern. Zoop. Watch the first tour video below.
