Cults Perform First Live Show in NYC

Cults are a pop duo from New York. They do not have a MySpace page, they do not have a website, all there is to show that this band exists are three songs, available free to download, and a live performance at the Mercury Lounge captured below. The folks at Pitchfork have had their eyes and ears on this delightful pair as the track “Go Outside” was included in a playlist a few months ago. According to their Bandcamp page, the first 7″ will be released on December 23, 2012. For anyone who has an inkling for the sounds of sweet, innocent pop melodies, you will not be disappointed with this three-song opus. Go forth and download.
