Canadian Dates For Alice in Chains, Deftones, Mastodon Tour

This Fall Alice in Chains, Deftones and Mastodon will team up for a month-long North American tour with at least two Canadian dates. Dubbed “Blackdiamondskye,” a combination of each of the band’s recent albums, the tour kicks off in Chicago on September 16.

In a statement Alice in Chains guitarist/vocalist said, “Each band has its own unique flavor and the combination of all three will make for a great show and a good time on the road.” His band’s latest album Black Gives Way to Blue is their first record with new singer William Duvall. Deftones are awaiting the release of their sixth studio album Diamond Eyes due out May 4, while Mastadon’s concept album Crack the Skye was released last year. The tour concludes on October 16 in Las Vegas.
