MGMT release first song off congratulations, 'Flash Delirium'

Yesterday MGMT announced a mysterious six city scavenger hunt and today the band has released the first song off their forthcoming album, Congratulations – the one with the ugly baby cover art. For the uninitiated, ugly baby cover art is thus named because nobody wants to call it what it is. You can download Flash Delirium on the band’s official website. There is so much hype around this official sophomore release (April 13th) it will be impossible to live up to it and yet the initial reception of this first taste seems to be very positive – comparison’s to The Beatles and David Bowie are certainly fair.
