This morning in new music news; Gentleman Reg in residence at The Drake in Toronto, Blur reunite for documentary screening, and Keane set a release date.

Blur reunited last night at Leicester Square in London for the premier screening of their documentary, No Distance Left to Run. The film captures Blur’s history from their early days right up to shows they did last year as part of a reformation tour. A DVD is set to be released on February 15. [NME]

Toronto’s Reg Vermue (Gentleman Reg) will be playing every Wednesday in February at the Drake Underground in Toronto. He will be accompanied by a different pair of opening acts each week. The first show is February 3 with Hooded Fang and Kite Hill. [Chromewaves]

Night Train is the new eight-track EP by Keane, which features Canadian rapper K’Naan and Japanese Baile Funk MC Tigarah. The album was recorded during Keane’s tour in support of their last album Perfect Symmetry, released in 2008. The disc drops on May 10th. [Gigwise]
