The Killers are heading down and out…for awhile. Guitarist Dave Keuning told AAP that after playing the Good Vibrations festival in Australia next month, the band will go on hiatus. “We haven’t had a break in quite a while. It’s just been touring and making records and on and on and on,” Keuning said. “It’s been like six years just kind of connected together.”
The band released their last album, Day and Age in 2008 and has since then put out a CD/DVD from their performance at the Royal Albert Hall. The festival in Australia starts in Sydney on February 13 before heading to Perth, the Goal Coast and Melbourne.
