In the spirit of summer 2010, an earthquake hit the eastern side of our fair continent today, and in respect for the thousands cleaning up knocked over lawn chairs in parts of Canada after kind of sort of feeling a little something-ish, we’ve rounded up 10 instances of how we imagine musicians valiantly spent the earthquake. Take to those doorways, everyone.
10. Kings of Leon
If this is a doorway and not a box, you did a good job, Kings of Leon.
9. The Beatles
Guys, you need to take this seriously because an earthquake isn’t something to smile about.
8. Jack White
Jack don’t lean back too far back because playing it cool during earthquakes is dangerous.
7. Sheryl Crowe

We get there’s a pun involved, but the doorways won’t help you if you’re not in them, Two Door Cinema Club.
4. Pete Doherty
It’s important to dress up and to document earthquake safety thoroughly, so thank you, Peter.
Knock, knock – who’s there? Marilyn Manson prepared for an earthquake.
2. Drake
But Drake, if you blend into the doorway, no one can rescue you from the earthquake.
Wave flags for added safety.
