This morning's new music news; Bright Eyes will be touring North America early next year in support of a new album, Kyuss have decided to continue their reunion and make a new album under the moniker Kyuss Lives! and Gorillaz have named their upcoming album, which will be released on Christmas day.

Bright Eyes will be releasing a new album on February 15 called The People’s Key. The band will be touring in support of it early next year with one Canadian dated booked in Toronto on March 13 at Sound Academy. [Exclaim!]

Since reforming under the name Kyuss Lives!, Nick Olivery and co. have decided to extend their reunion and make a new record together. However lead vocalist John Garcia has said the band have not asked former member Josh Homme to rejoin saying he’s too busy and “even if we asked him to do it I don’t think he’d say yes.” [Rock Sound]

And Gorillaz’ new album, which will be available for free download from the band’s website on Christmas day, will be called The Fall. [Some Kind of Awesome]
