Download of the Week: Great Bloomers "Small Town Love"

Do you have a warm beverage in hand? A heart that’s pounding with fondness for someone? A sunrise in front of you? All of these things and more come to mind when listening to Great Bloomers newest single, “Small Town Love.”

The Toronto five-piece is back since the release of 2009’s Speak of Trouble with a limited edition 7″ of the same name. It also includes the song “Awake.” The two songs are stripped down and warm, focused around the mellow group vocals, subtle guitars and storytelling. Recorded in a cabin in Northern Ontario, you’ll feel like you’re right there with them, about to embark on an adventure into the wilderness. “Small Town Love” starts out slow and and swells into a romance that begs to happen immediately.
